My primary mission is to introduce the teachings of my great Yoga masters to as many students as possible. The benefits to all are outstanding. While many of my students are beginners who enjoy the Basics and Level-1 classes, others with more experience practice the Level-1, Level-2 and Astanga Mysore classes.

I walked into my first yoga class at the very beginning of the last decade. The class was held as a 6 weeks course in a YMCA in a suburb just outside of Boston. At the time I was working as a Systems Analyst at a software company located just off the city's technology beltway. An avid weekend cyclist, skier, swimmer, skater, hiker, etc., I had become tired of hurting myself whenever I 'stretched out' for these activities. I definitely had a specific motivation to be in that first class. Back then, men didn't typically wander into the health clubs' occasional 'seasonal' yoga classes.
Feeling a bit self-conscious in the beginning, I liked the experience and kept going anyway. Soon, I did learn how to 'stretch' properly, and after a few classes I couldn't imagine why everyone wasn't in there squeezing out their tensions and "chilling out". While the classes were definitely relaxing, I wasn't giving much thought at the time, to stress reduction or training the mind to focus. Perhaps my age and that business environment factored in there, but nevertheless, these important aspects came naturally through my Yoga practice.
This is the magical world of Yoga!
Since that time I have found myself in many many unique experiences of bliss, excitement, challenge, and enlightenment. Very often I would be in these curious situations, and wondered about the mysterious forces that had brought me there. I only knew that there was a strong magnetic sense that I needed to be here now.
Knowing Yoga has become my lifestyle and my livelihood because it works. And every day I can see my fullest personal divine potential unfolding before me.
As an individual, I feel physically mentally and spiritually stronger, more balanced, and more joyful than ever. Yoga is bliss is pervading happiness.
You may not know why you've found this specific Yoga site at this time in your life, except that of course you are searching for more Yoga (unity and balance) in your life, but the Yoga in my classes may tell you more than you ever imagined you could know. Come and learn how to stretch and grow.
Since developing a regular personal Yoga practice and receiving my first teaching certification several years ago, I have not stopped studying, and routinely travel to spend time in the company of my own master teachers. You too can take advantage of the rich knowledge base of Yoga that I've already been tapped into now for years.
